HFHP will accept pre-qualification review forms for its 2024 homeowner partner program beginning May 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023.

2024 guideline information and the pre-qualify review form are below (please read and print out BOTH PDFs).  Individuals must have lived or worked in Powhatan for at least the past year, and must qualify for an affordable mortgage through our partnership program. Individuals must be experiencing a need for affordable housing and be willing to partner with us through sweat equity service hours.  Income guideline differ on household size.
